Approaching October of 2023, the luxury e-commerce marketplace, 1st Dibs, hand selected one of Old World Wonders’ curated finds for their “Wicked Curious” marketing campaign focused on unique decorative and collectible artifacts and curiosities. For a length of time, the image was highlighted on the front page of their website...

...and was featured on social media campaigns across the Internet:

The item, a suite of distinct shells mounted on distressed antique candlesticks, were one of our finds which descended from a unique collection of curiosities based in Rome, Italy. Shortly before the 1st Dibs campaign, the suite of shells was acquired by the eclectic and innovative Dallas interiors firm, Sees Design for a project.

The Sees team are no stranger to the display of exotic and interesting vignettes, as observed in this fabulous display of mid-century German ceramics in their previous Dallas office or the beautiful works-of-art displayed in their award-winning design for Sempre Sister restaurant also in that same city.
