Restoring the Archive: Returns
To maintain the integrity of our collections, we ask that you observe the following standards:

The Window of Return: Inquiries must be initiated within 21 days of receipt.

Condition of Apparel: Clothing must be returned in its original, pristine state—unworn, unwashed, and free of alterations, scents, or markings. All original tags and seals must remain intact.

The Final Sale: To preserve the unique nature of our work, bespoke commissions, customized pieces, made-to-order items, and all antiques are considered Final Sale and are not eligible for return.
The Process

Secure Packaging: We kindly ask that you use the original protective packaging to ensure the item’s safety during its return journey.
